About the Chef

In June of 2020, my wife Raven and I launched Sheepshead Eats with one simple goal: bring bold, exciting food to our community when the world felt like it had hit pause. What started as a shot in the dark quickly became a calling... turning underrated ingredients into unforgettable dishes & tailoring every bite to the clients I cook for.

I thrive on flipping the familiar on its head. My food is personal, playful, and rooted in technique, but never pretentious. Whether it's a reimagined comfort dish or a fully customized menu, my mission is always the same: make something memorable, just for you.

I've been in the service industry since I was 16, trained at Le Cordon Bleu Boston, and sharpened my craft in New Orleans at Restaurant August, a multiple James Beard Award-winning kitchen. Eventually, I brought that experience home to Mobile, Alabama., where I served as head chef and developed multiple menus for local eateries in the Lower Dauphin Entertainment District.

Today I focus on what I love most... creating personalized edible experiences. From intimate date nights, dinner parties, and weddings to Mardi Gras balls, cooking classes, and everything in between. I work closely with my clients to make food that feels as unique and lively as they are.
